These are worrisome and uncertain times. The Covid-19 / Corona virus pandemic is affecting our societies as well as it affects our mental well being. I was glad to see that the guys from Headspace currently are offering free meditation, sleep and movement exercises as an effort to give some support in the crisis.
I have been using Headspace for a long time myself and find it very helpful for calming the mind, finding focus as well as for better sleep.
